Poor Service & Line Fault

It is impossible to get hold of the support team through their whats app channel, and its even harder to get hold of them on the support telephone line.

The support tickets I log, gets closed without any resolution!

Due to this lack of service I would not recommend any persons signing up with them.

Im paying for a 300mb download and 100 upload fibre line with them and since the 31st of July 2020 the max im getting is 50mb download. I dont know what to do because i cannot get hold of them
