Poor service, lack of communication and no service delivery at all

One hell of a company. I am constantly receiving messages that payment is still outstanding but the router hasn't even been delivered as yet. The WhatsApp platform is one fat joke. There's a lady by the name of Athabile Z on the WhatsApp platform, very ***********. She will make you feel as if you speaking to a robot, takes long to reply and does not even update if she is still with you or if she's still checking on her end. I have already paid the order processing fee, weeks back but l have still not received my router.
