Poor service is an understament

My Service has been down sins Saturday ....I have been given the run around by there employee Keanan from Cape Town.....instructing me not to go on there what's app ....this service is disgusting and out right evil....why do sell people a ******* product then when it does not work u don't even make an effort from your side to assist...u are all a bunch of ****mers ....I will not tolerate this treament because I am a paying customer....if I don't receive any feedback today still ....I will cancel my contract and we will see each other in court.
