Poor service | *********** staff

I am totally appalled with the service received from the initial sales consultant. I had place an order for fibre on the 15th June. The lady confirmed all my details and said the order was processed and I should await an SMS or email for a link to complete payment, I'm still yet to receive it. I called in 4 times today 17th June only to find out that the initially sales consultant spelt my name and email address incorrectly. The new consultant then proceeded to correct this and I was told I will receive the link as he is personally resending it to me and guess what yet again I'm still waiting.

Please tell me if you don't need my business so that I can find an alternative provider.
