Poor Service, I paid for installation through their website payment system and its taking forever to install the internet

I app**** for internet connectivity on the 27 of February 2023 and a debit order happened in the 1st, until today the 7th they are telling me it takes 3 days to reflect, their system made a debit from my bank, how is that sup****ed to take another 3 days to reflect? Jeandre D a call center agent, Mduduzi D assisted, but they sound like they dont want to help.
