POOR SERVICE FROM WEBAFRICA/VUMATEL

Web Aprica has given me the worst possible service on my 1st 2 months i even regret signing. firstly i signed for a contract that is supposed to give me 20mbps speed bit im connecting on 6-7mbps if in lucky..logged a case 73282 and since i have been waiting for a technician to call but no one called..not only it shows lack of competence in WebAfrica but shows that the company only cares about signing up customers but not maintaining them.i was on a WhatsApp chat for over an hour wich it doesn't not even make sense whats the use of the WhatsApp chat if one has to wait for morethan 1 hour just to log a case..can someone please fix this issue or please cancel my contract il move to another service provider.
