Poor service from WebAfrica, still not connected!!

The deal is 10 working days for you to get fiber. I have waited the 10 days to get the following: Vumatel came and installed a box in my unit on working day 4, ran the fiber to the box outside, a technician battled to get it connected, and that's where the job stopped. 3 weeks have passed, it is impossible to get any clear info from WebAfrica, they blame the installer, they take 30 mins plus to answer each whatsapp bot message and no way to call a consultant. I am very disappointed with the poor level of service provided with virtually no customer care.. The installer keeps passing the buck blaming everyone else. I'm shocked that companies like this still exist!!
