Poor service from Webafrica especially with disabled person

My brother in law had an fiber connection error. After contacting Webafrica and only via whatsapp, no telephone call can be made and you can not speak to a person. The problem is he is deaf and his skills to communicate in English are not good. He requested me to assist. We we advised to buy wifi extender cia rheie website. After doung that on the 10th November to date no wifi extender received and to refund after several queries wvwry time i am advised that it will take 24-48 hours. Even after today requesting a manager to phone me i waa afvised to wait 24-48 hours for a manager to call me. Poor services, will not recommend them and will cancell contract with them.
