Poor Service from Webafrica

Hi All

Did anyone else receive bad after sales service from Webafrica? They double debit the last few months and their whatsapp line is unable to assist me in getting a refund on the aforementioned debit order.

Anyone else know any other ISP available with great after sales service? I am getting to a point where I am looking to change ISP.
