Poor service from Webafrica!

I have been in contact with Webafrica since Tuesday. My account is up to date but yet I have no internet service. Different people and bots have been chatting and today when I try to continue or start a new chat the response I get is "That is not a valid option". It is now day 4 without having a service I have paid for. I am unable to get into contact with them and after 5pm everyone goes home and I have to go another day without service. Pathetic man.
