Poor service from Webafrica and Vuma

I am so drained and ****ed off by their poor service, the only thing i need now is my refund for the money i paid last week Sunday 16/06/2024 for the wifi that is not working. Until this day i keep reporting, i am given one and the same response “technician are working on the issue and you will be contacted soon” like really it has been 10 days no has contacted me. I reported this daily on their whatsapp i am tired. They Please refund my money and take their poor services else where i tired. Now they are saying there there is a notice of one for cancellation. What notice should i serve because the wifi is not working and i have reported and made me a stupid
