Poor service from Webafrica

Thier service is poor.

They are extremely fast to sell you a service, or product, but take their sweet time to assist with cancelling services.

I've cancelled my service, and returned my router, whereafter they kept billing me.

Upon confronting them, they advised me that I've cancelled my router, and not my service. How in the hell would I use my service without my router?

People warned me against them, and I'm afraid the tales are true.
