Poor service from WebAfrica

II placed an order for fibre installation with Webafrica in Pretoria North, The order was placed on April 2021, and Installation was done on the 5th of May 2021. There was supposed to be activation of the line of maximum of 48 hours turnaround time. I made countless follow-ups with Webafrica and Metrofibre to no avail even to date.
