Poor service from Webafrica

My experience with Webafrica was very bad. They cancelled my contract. I was asked when installing to pay installing fees, which I did. After they cancelled they asked me to return the router which I did before the due date, but was still charged for late return. Thereafter I was charged R2900 for installing fees again. Now they want to hand me over because I can't afford it and I don't belive I should be charged for installation again.
