Poor service from Webafrica

I have app**** for vuma installation on the 12 of November 2024 ever since I have been having an issue withe ISP which is Webafrica their we chats are just useless my payment was done on the 12 November as well my installation was done on the 2 December only and I was told will get contacted via sms by the ISP to activate the service and provide with username and password and it's been more than 24 hours already and still not activated I have not received my username and password
