POOR SERVICE FROM WEB AFRICA

After numerous calls no one can help me with a cancellation, or in fact anything. Everyone I speak to needs to escalate everything to the manager. Im at a point where I seriously feel like crying cause all I want is a cancellation. When I call I have to spend an entire +- hour (maybe even more) for someone to answer, then either the call gets cut or, they cannot help you. The reason for my cancellation is because they sent me an email to pay and the link doesn't work and also no one can help me after numerous lloooooooong calls. I give up and I definitely want to go with a new service provider but in order to do that I need a cancellation!
