Poor service & fibre not working

My installation was done 2 days ago and I don't have Internet access. Tried getting hold of an agent via WhatsApp and that takes forever even tried the technical support contact centre but there's no answer even after waiting 30 mins on the call. Webafrica is so fast by processing the order and getting payment but thereafter its a mission to get help. Really disappointing.
