Poor service

I am very disappointed. I was promised installation within 14 days. But due to your service provider not having effective communication with you, and your lack of communication this did not happen. The status on yoir website remains the same and doesnt even indicate reasons as to what is really going on. When I reach out the blame is passed on to everyone but yourselves. A request to be contacted by a supervisor or manager id declined and now all communication has to happen via email or chat services and i can not be called. So please explain this: How is it that for the purpose of sales a phone call is deemed effective but not for complaints? You made a 14 day no installation promise and I intend to keep you to it. Honestly, keep to your promises and understand that clients cancel old services with the hope of getting better and more effective service. But looking at your trust rating I am not surprised.
