Poor service

This company is owing me refund simce 30th December 2024,every time i send them messages via whatsapp they send me from pillar to post,no one is willing to help me after several complaint,the agents keep on saying our back office will revert back to you with regards to your refund,it’s been 3month now despite the fact that they said refund takes 14 days to be resolved
