Poor service

I have bad service with this company i have being using their service for past 3 years every time they wish to disconnect the wifi they will do that I then moved to New place had to call them to let them know k am changing address the made me pay again twice till to day still waiting for my refund.now I have paid on the 4th of Jully they switch off my wifi says for reconnection i must wait for 72/48 hrs
