Poor Service

I am so disappointed with the service I would not recommend webafrica to anyone, first of all the company is almost impossible to get off when you do get through an agent on WhatsApp they seem disinterested to assist,. I have been using webafrica for over two years now I missed a debit for service for the month of January and they kept attempting my account every two days which led to bank charges for over R600 yet I never permitted for Naedo tracking system! what's the point of requesting a debit date when you gonna keep tracking the account anyway? why do they not even have a contact center where you can speak to an agent telephonically? its because they know they are inadequate that's why I've never been so disgusted with a company.
