Poor service

I was scheduled for an installation on Monday only for them to come n tell me that the adress that they have is wrong, i did talk to a consultant to double check my adress before i can make payment and he said he did ,they only took a picture of my house number and left without installing. I tried making contact several times without any luck and they later called and promised that they will install same day and they have rectified my adress, but till today they haven't come to install.
