Poor service

I placed an order with webafrica. They told me my order was canceled because they don't provide internet services to my area and that money's paid will be refunded to me.

Suddenly today I received emails, whattsaps and messages that my order was approved all of a sudden, however when I checked the address, it was an incorrect address. I sent whattsaps to no response other than Willie-the-bot telling me you have influx of requests. I called and my calls were cut off.

Continue with my cancelation and refund me my money. I don't want to deal with such incompetency, delete my details from your systems and direct your approved order to the right person.
