Poor service EVER

I app**** for an installation with web Africa and I've paid the funds, I received a call from a lady asking me if Im available to installation I advised the lady yes Ill be at home, she then added if im renting I will need to do an affidavit giving them permission to install the WIFI I emailed the affidavit the following day I still haven't received any feedback from web Africa and Vuma. I just want my money refunded im tired of calling and emailing
