Poor service

Poor service. They are so eager to sell you a product and getting back to you when you are interested in buying, but when it comes to providing service and feedback you waste your time contacting them on live chat or the WhatsApp line. Been waiting more than 4 hours for an agent. Just getting redirected and "prioritized"
