Poor service

After already leaving a negative review due to poor customer service, it's now another 10 days later. We still have not received a call back from anyone, requesting assistance numerous occasions.

We are paying for internet that we don't have, zero assistance from their company to get us back up. So we have to buy additional data, costing us a fortune.

They are quick to take money. But are useless with support. I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere for an service provider.
