Trying to get webafrica to transfer my line from telkom to their voip service

Extremely slow turnaround tie which was not advised , dont have a telephone line at my business for over a month due to combined inefficiency from telkom and webafrica

thought telkom was bad but this is just as frustrating especcially whatsapp call logging where you sit and wait for an agent to get back to you
