Poor service delivery

Highly disappointed!! Installation and activation was done way back, but I still haven't received my router. The courier company hasn't contacted me either, the "so called WhatsApp chat" took 48hours before attending to me, only to be told that the router was with the courier company whom has never contacted me. I wonder if it was a good move committing myself with this company as first impressions last. Disappointed and still awaiting for the router.
