Poor service delivery

I've been without internet now since yesterday, the number you dial give you an answering machine, the what's app chat is useless cos it say that is not a valid option, and there is no other way to get in contact with them, I rated them well on Google as they were fast and efficient in setting me up, but their after support is ridiculous and I thought telkom was bad.
