POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I have a problem with my wifi connection since Friday the 26th of April I contacted them telling them the problem they logged it since then I haven't contacted me, when you call them they make you wait for 20 minutes on the fone then they drop it just like that on Watsapp they don't reply you just chat alone I dont know what to do anymore their service is very poor, but on the 1st of each month they don't forget to debit the money that time their customers are not happy.
