Poor service delivery

I am very disappointed in webafrica/vuma cause of the way they handle there customers with regards to queries and wifi disconnection.our wifi in our area was off for more than a week almost 2 weeks and I lost business because of it.i have spoken to numerous agents and had a manager if thus person Zenande is a manager about my complaint and challenges regarding no wifi and are waiting till thus day on a mail from her regarding how webafrica or vuma are going to compensate me with the days where the wifi was off, but at the end of the month that is the 1st thing that goes off from my account. The poor service and promises it just shows what type of business they running where if the wifi is down for days webafrica or vuma are gaining and we the customer are loosing without a sms or mail. I am looking at other service providers so that I can cancel this poor service delivery from webafrica and vuma.
