Poor service delivery

Poor service delivery. Struggling to get my fibre line active and its impossible to speak to a live agent for assistance.I won't recommend anyone to make use of Web Africa their service is poor. I signed up the 8th of December and I'm still back and forth without any luck. Don't ever sign up with webafrica
