Poor service delivery

Since I app**** for fibre installation at Webafrica on the 11th of June 2024 to date,I've been taken from a pillar to a post.They'd request a document today and only process it after over 7 working days then come back and say your request has been approved then they'll say one of the technicians will be with you after 5 working days,without pitching however! Hellopeter kindly assist with this matter or advise on the alternative service provider.Ive already lost over 2k on data owing to the fact that everything in the house requires data this nowadays.
