Poor service delivery

I am having a very serious problem with Webafrica, they have activated the internet line to my residence but they're not sending a router.My job is on the line because my employer pay allowance for me to have internet access but my deadlines remain behind.I cannot opt for another service provider due to the active li e that is reflecting from Webafrica.

If there are any legal processes that I can follow please advise because I need internet ASAP!
