POOR SERVICE DELIVERY!

I placed an order for fibre on 7 September Followed up with Webafrica help-desk on several occasions regarding progress Got reference numbers and undertaking that I will be contacted soon - which NEVER happened Sadly still waiting for fibre and someone to contact me POOR POOR start to a service delivery contact :(
