Poor service delivery

Signed up with webafrica since August 2023 for fiber connection with 1000 meg for downloading. Monthly fee R1 100. Webafrica is throttling my internet speed from 19:00 every night by bringing my line speed to 5 meg. I have logged several complaints using WhatsApp with no success, I have logged complaint at complaints @webafrica.co.za 5 days back and they haven't responded. I'll have to report them to Consumer Complaints Commission.
