POOR service delivery

Absolute poor service being received from Webafrica. Sunday - logged a request for assistance as I was getting 6Mbps from the 50Mbps line I have upgraded to. NO RESPONSE Tuesday I logged a complaint after holding on for more that 40 minutes - Ticket ref ID *** I am seriously looking at moving to another service provider. no feedback / response received.
