Poor service delivery

My internet has been off since 4 days ago and I've been calling their customer service and keeps on gettting sent to the what's number but I hadn't gotten any answer. Their so called agents that supposed to be there don't answer, not even their live chat. Their service is horrible and they don't have a complaints line. Pla ppl do not take a fibre line from webafrica.
