Poor Service delivered to new client!

Absolutely poor service. The initial phase of registering and getting router ordered was easy but when it gets to simply calling in to activate my fibre line it seems to be mission impossible. Nobody answers phones and their WhatsApp bot service also can’t get me in touch with an agent. I haven’t even started yet and already disappointed.
