Poor service

I won't recommend anyone to use webafrica. Their customer service is terrible. You hardly ever get to the real person on WhatsApp. My service is lit for no reason and no one is assisting or cares to assist. Can there be a real call centre with real people that can answer our calls and resolve issues we face with this service provider. I only started using this service provider for about 2 months, but the experience I had so far is not impressive at all. Can someone please contact me to get this matter resolved before I cancel my service?
