Poor service

Terrible service, their customer support is bogus and does not assist in resolving WIFI connectivity issues. They have no call center and once you sign up for the service you have noone to assist, if you go to the whatsapp chat you get this message, "I'm sorry its taking longer than usual to connect you to an agent. I'll keep trying...
