Poor service

Webafrica doesn't deserve any star. I have upgraded on the 16th, today is the 21st and still not activated to the upgrade. I was advised that it takes 2hrs for the upgrade to be activated. I contacted them at 7h00 and only at 8h15 someone assisted by telling me the upgrade is not activated. The department that does the activation will contact me - that was at at 8h15; it is now 9h30 and still no feedback/assistance from Webafrica. THEY ARE A PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER!! AND I WISH TO ADVISE CONSUMERS TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
