Poor Service

My internet was suspended for 7 days ,I have logged calls for 7 days with no resolution. Customer care its very poor. On the phone you will for ever hold on, no one will help you. When it comes to payment date they will even call you for missing the payment. My problem is not resolve till today. I regret
