Poor service, constant billing issues and no accountability

Wait till they debit different amounts from your account as they see fit and ad penalty fees saying your debit bounced when it didn't then still debit your monthly including penalty fees. Once you cancel with them also no assistance on returning of the router. You're on your own to sort that out. Absolutely pathetic. Been with them for 5 yrs. Useless. So glad to be done with
