Poor Service

This is one service provider that is very *********** to say the least I have been without connection for more than 8 days it keeps getting escalated with no resolution. Been requesting for a Team Leader to contact me but they are just as *********** as the agents, we subscribe to these service providers as we predominantly work from home so if they cant provide the service let them refund and take our business to company that can provide service.
