Poor Service

I am so disappointed in the service from Web Africa. Had issues with connectivity and I reported this around 3 pm and followed up again around 6pm nothing happened. Was only left with a (*** and #356921) it makes me wonder is it because we have notice of cancellation at the end of December and I had refused to do a change of ownership to the person who might come occupy my current address.

Had to find somewhere else to work and no form of entertainment for the kids as most gadgets need internet, what huge inconvenience. So disappointed and frustrated by the service. No sense of urgency but very quick to debit their money from us. Imagine the Consultant Andiswa F didn't show any empathy and sense of urgency to our issue. Only for her to say she is dead serious that the issue will take 24-72 hours to be resolved.

I am really disappointed 😞 in such unprofessionalism and lack of concern
