Poor service

I sent a email to Web Africa complaints department, first they take there own sweet time to respond, secondly they can't help me, How does this make sense : you pay R400 on the 24th of July and you have not used the service from the 1st of July up until the 24th of July, decide to put it on, on the 24th of July which means you paying for the month of August, the 1st of August they expect another R400. So basically if you take out this wifi on the 30th of January and pay R400 then the 1st of February you'll have to pay another R400 again, this is day light *******, and then they want you to recommend their service to friends and family
