Poor service by WEBAFRICA

I've got a challenge with this company. First they changed my address and password without consulting me that made us to loose connection. Consulting them they sent new password, we were connected for the time being but connection was on and off. I noticed that I'm receiving messages about faulty connection I also reported this and Jean Pierre D transferred me to Aneth Dzamukeri who took only 2 minutes and log me off. I keep on receiving messages about faulty connection now this box of theirs has only one light and there's no one whose picking my calls their system is referring me to this WhatsApp that isn't helping. This is one of poor service providers
