Poor service by Webafrica.

Hi All I would like to know why is the support team from webafrica so bad. In fact it is totally useless. I have been a client now for over year. They have no means of speaking to a human being with technical knowledge of dealing with your problems. They provide the same instructions for the same problem with no result.
