Poor service by Vuma fibre and complaints department

This is re3not good at all I assurance Been waiting for over a month for my refund this is a **** it really take poor peoples money And complaints department not helping they take you all over around. I apied for fibre and they never delivered and now they don't want yo give me my refund. Spoke to molato from complaints and their chat is unhelpful and Reeza from what's app chat and they just promise but no help
